When I arrive, Max welcomes me by stretching out in a clear plea for a belly-rub.
Daily, he attempts to trip me as I go down stairs. I think it's because he doesn't want me to leave. Or perhaps he's taken out a life insurance policy on me ?
But Max's favourite thing is jumping for his dangling toy, and I am happy to indulge him with some quality play time.
Oh sweet. Max is beautiful. Purely white cats aren't that common. I wish you lived around the corner from me so Poppy could enjoy your cat sitting love.
ReplyDeleteI didn't mention that at the same time I'm cat-sitting for another set of friends who have FIVE cats ! Maybe I should start a business.
ReplyDeleteGreat action shots playing with the dangly toy!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I had lots of chances for these shots as Max was happy to oblige over-and-over ...
DeleteGreat pics of a really gorgeous white cat. Be careful on those stairs. My cats are sometimes under foot and I need to be careful how I step. They like twirling around my legs- it is almost like a game for them.
ReplyDeleteHappily my cats don't do this to me and my stairs are carpeted ... Step carefully.
DeleteI get nervous when I walk down stairs and an animal runs under my feet like that. I hope you hold onto the banister.
ReplyDeleteI read your comment to Linda that you're looking after 5 cats for other friends. You don't have to think of starting a business - you have already!
I cling to that damn banister that's for sure.
Deletelol
Oh I love Max! And what lovely pictures Sybs. I hope Max's Mummy and Daddy are coming home before the snow comes, or they won't be able to find him.
ReplyDeleteDo you think if I put my cats through the whites programme they would come out looking like Max! Love, Vicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
His young owner his home with him now.
DeleteI don't think your cats would appreciate being put through the "whites programme" ...
Max is adorable! I shudder to even think he's taken out an insurance policy on you. To think that a cat would do that! And a cute looking one, too.
ReplyDeleteHow the heck they'd manage to dial the insurance company to take out the policy without opposable thumbs I cannot imagine...
DeleteHappy New Year, Sybil (and Max!)
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathy. Back at ya !
