I am in need of some intensive warm weather therapy.

I yearn to be out digging in the dirt: working in my yard.

Perhaps tomorrow I'll go out and collect smooth beach rocks to add to my dry river bed.
I hope the frog that lives in my bigger pond survives his hibernation.
Over the course of last summer all the frogs but one, left.
I know the fish are OK as I've seen them.

I wonder if the salamanders hibernated under the bridge between the ponds ?
The temperatures are due to slowly start rising this week.
Like I said, I can't wait for it all to thaw so I can dig in the dirt.

I LOVE your yard and garden! I could spend hours taking photos there! but perhaps not at this time of year :)

DeleteI'm with you Sybil. Everything is covered with snow, again, and I long for spring. How wonderful that you have ponds and frogs in your garden. It looks lovely.

DeleteI think we are all dreaming with you, Sybil ! Such a lovely, exotic looking garden. Has the weather been more spring like and have you been digging in the dirt ? Nothing of the sort here, too cold yet but crocus, some daffodils and forsytias do not seem to mind. At long last some colours ! Thanks for those pretty pictures.

DeleteOnly got out digging yesterday for the first time. Boy is that late. Still pretty chilly. We have crocus out but no blooming daffodils yet. Certainly not forsythias.
